A coffee table book full of unfinished short stories. Anyone can pick up a pen and write inside, and then the next person writes, and so the stories grow.

Early Bird backers were given the option of me naming a character after them. They could choose between their full name being included, or just their first name, or a nickname . . . whoever among you is nicknamed "Potato", I thank you for the creative challenge. (Same goes for "Olivia Poet" and "The Great Reido".)

Since my last update, I've been working with a wonderful fiction copyeditor, Katie. I'm glad to announce that as of today, the stories are done. It feels very, very good to write that sentence.
The next step is proofing. Next week, an editor who's never seen the book will review it for typos, alignment, and so on. Her name is Molly. In addition to being a professional editor, she's also produced her own graphic novel, so she has a good eye for the visual stuff. She'll notice a few errors, me and Jake will fix them, and then, joy of joys . . .
My next update will come on the day we start the presses.

As noted in the campaign, now's the time when I've confirmed exact shipping costs. Your cost will be automatically calculated in your cart, based on where you live on how many books you'll receive. The prices are all at or below the amount I estimated during the campaign. Sadly, I wasn't able to get much of a reduction for international backers. Happily, if you ordered 2+ books, I'm going to personally cover a smidgen (or more) of the shipping.
